Season 3 of ‘Yumi’s Cells’, a drama based on the popular webtoon of the same name, has begun its official countdown. The production team recently released the main teaser video, further raising viewers' expectations.

In this season, Yumi, an ordinary office worker played by Go-eun Kim, experiences an unexpected change in her relationship with reindeer (played by Jae-won Kim), a producer she works with. According to the teaser video, the neat and tidy looking reindeer always pushes Yumi's 'angry button' and makes her laugh with her strange reactions.

In the released teaser, when Yumi says, “Maltese can be smart too,” the reindeer responds without blinking, “Don’t Maltese eat poop?”, revealing a unique sense of humor. The completely unusual behavior of putting on earphones alone while riding the bus together also serves as a point of laughter.

Yumi grumbled, “The more I think about it, the more ridiculous it gets,” but she looks strangely excited when captured on camera. Yumi's daily life begins to change little by little as her heart suddenly begins to beat at the reindeer's smile.

The reindeer’s unexpected charm also attracts attention. When Yumi is feeling down, he sweetly comforts her by saying, "You were cool. You're cool," and when Daeyong (played by Seok-ho Jeon) says that Yumi and Joo-ho (played by Daniel Choi) match well, there is also a scene where she throws a fastball, saying, "No, they don't match." This linear nature raises expectations for the push-and-pull romance that will unfold in the future.

‘Yumi’s Cells’ has been loved for its unique setting that tells the story of an ordinary office worker named Yumi from the perspective of the cells in her head.
