The upcoming drama 'The WONDERfools,' starring Park Eun Bin and Cha Eun Woo, has officially confirmed its premiere date of May 15, releasing new teaser videos and a poster.

Misfits Gain Superpowers in 1999

Set against the backdrop of 1999, when apocalyptic beliefs were widespread, 'The WONDERfools' is a superpower comic action series. It follows neighborhood misfits who unexpectedly gain superpowers and must fight villains threatening the peace of Haeseong city.

Park Eun Bin plays the cheerful Eun Chae Ni, while Cha Eun Woo takes on the focused role of Lee Woon Jung. Choi Dae Hoon joins as the surprised Son Kyung Hoon, and Im Seong Jae rounds out the team as the timid Kang Robin.

'Did Someone Spray Pesticide in Our Neighborhood?'

The newly released poster shows Team Wonderfools peeking out from behind a vending machine as objects float around them, with the tagline 'Lovable misfits on a superpowered adventure.' In the teaser, the members begin discovering their strange abilities, with one character remarking, 'I think someone sprayed pesticide in our neighborhood,' while Eun Chae Ni calmly notes, 'Others would call these sorts of things superpowers.'

A New Challenge for Both Stars

Park Eun Bin rose to international fame with 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo,' while Cha Eun Woo has steadily built his acting career alongside his work as a member of ASTRO. This marks the first time the two lead a project together, generating significant anticipation among fans.
