4 new features exclusive to Xbox Insiders

The new features released this month consist of features that users have been requesting for a long time.

Home screen group expansion: The home screen can be configured to suit the user's preference with up to 10 groups, which is more than before.

Custom Color Function: A personalization function has been added that allows users to create their own unique colors and apply them throughout the console.

Quick Resume Individual Settings: You can disable the Quick Resume function on a per-game basis, making it possible to set a specific game to always start anew.

Show profile badges: When viewing another player's profile in the guide, you can see the five most recently earned badges.

Next-generation strategy unveiled at GDC

At the Game Developer Conference (GDC), Xbox revealed the core of its next-generation platform strategy. The announcement that attracted the most attention was 'Project Helix', a next-generation console designed to run both Xbox console games and PC games.

It was also reported that the Xbox mode will be sequentially distributed to all Windows 11 devices starting in April. The Xbox Play Anywhere catalog currently supports more than 1,500 titles and continues to grow.

Dynamic wallpaper and handheld optimization

New 'Crimson Desert', 'Sea of Thieves', and 'Towerborne' themes have been added to the dynamic wallpapers available on the Xbox Series X|S console.

The handheld compatibility program has also been expanded. Crimson Desert, 'Kingdom Come: Deliverance II', and Towerborn were added to the program with a 'Handheld Optimization' rating. Significant expansion of Xbox Play Anywhere

Supporting over 1,500 games, Xbox Play Anywhere allows players to freely move games between PC, console, and supported handheld devices at no additional cost. Save data, additional content, and achievements are all linked.

Major titles added in February include 'High On Life 2', 'Reanimal', and 'Kingdom Come: Deliverance II', with a total of more than 30 new games joining the library.

Xbox Cloud Gaming's 'Stream your own game' collection has also expanded to more than 1,000. If you are an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential subscriber, you can stream your games to the cloud.
