Leader of Revenge-for-Hire Gang Arrested

According to Yonhap News, the organization received requests from across the country to locate specific individuals' residences and commit acts of terror by throwing waste and spray-painting profane messages. Police determined that the group systematically committed crimes in exchange for financial compensation, applied for an arrest warrant for the leader, and the court issued it.

This case is not a simple individual crime but an organized revenge-for-hire operation, with victims suffering severe psychological distress and property damage.
