Kish Bank, a regional financial institution headquartered in Lewisville, Pennsylvania, has promoted Mark Yerger to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Kimberly Bubb to Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Both executives will be based at the Kish Innovation Center in Lewisville.
Greg Hayes, President of Kish Bank, stated that these are "important leadership appointments that reflect our long-term strategy of organizational expansion, supporting continued growth, and building the optimal executive team for our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders."
Mark Yerger to Lead Information Security and Technology Innovation
Yerger's expanded role as Chief Information Officer strengthens Kish Bank's priorities in information security, technology innovation, data analytics, and infrastructure optimization. Since joining in 2021, Yerger has played a key role in advancing the bank's technology strategy, improving system efficiency, and enabling long-term success through strategic execution capabilities.
Before joining Kish Bank, Yerger held several leadership positions including Chief Information Officer at Susquehanna University, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at LINKBANK, and Director of Enterprise Systems and CTO at Bucknell University.
A resident of Dillsburg, Yerger lives with his wife Veronica and two sons and is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the board and finance committee of New Hope Ministries, a local nonprofit organization, and participates as a coach and volunteer in local youth sports programs including soccer, baseball, and basketball.
Kimberly Bubb to Oversee Organizational Operations and HR Strategy
Bubb's promotion to Chief Administrative Officer will see her oversee a broad range of responsibilities supporting Kish's organizational operations and management, including employee experience, HR strategy, and compliance, while continuing her existing leadership in bank operations and facilities management. Bubb's strong leadership is expected to continue playing a vital role in Kish's organizational culture, strategic direction, and growth.
Bubb began her career at Kish in 2004 as a customer service teller. She has since been promoted through several key positions within the organization, including Product Development Manager, Service and Systems Manager, Director of Customer Solutions and Operations, and most recently Director of Systems and Operations.
A native of Mifflin County, Bubb earned a degree in Communications and Marketing from Juniata College. As a dedicated volunteer and community leader, she currently serves on the boards of Juniata Valley Council Scouting America and the Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Lewisville with her husband Aaron and three sons.

These appointments demonstrate Kish Bank's commitment to strengthening executive leadership to support organizational expansion and sustained growth. By promoting proven internal talent in two critical areas—technology innovation and organizational operations—the bank has established a foundation for stable leadership transition and long-term organizational development.
Notably, both executives are deeply rooted in their local communities, actively participating in nonprofit organizations and youth programs. This exemplifies Kish Bank's emphasis on maintaining close relationships with the communities it serves as a regional financial institution.
