Drawing from Milanese Architectural Tradition

NORM Architects grounded the project in the traditions of Milanese interior architecture, most notably the enfilade — a suite of rooms aligned so that doorways create a continuous visual axis. This classical European spatial device, common in Italian palazzo architecture, lends the store a sense of depth and discovery that unfolds progressively as visitors move through the space.

Layered atop this structure is Milan's rich material palette, resulting in an environment that feels both historically rooted and distinctly contemporary.
