Marvel's February 2026: A New Beginning

Marvel Comics has announced its February 2026 publishing lineup. The most notable feature of this lineup is the simultaneous launch of two new Daredevil #1 issues.

The main series, created by writer Stephanie Phillips and artist Lee Garbett, carries the tagline "Hell's Kitchen's secrets never stay buried," depicting Matt Murdock facing an unprecedented new situation. A mysterious new villain named OMEN appears, and the protagonist must maintain a completely different life and status than before.

Notable New Releases

Captain America #7 features writer Chip Zdarsky addressing Red Hulk's crisis in Latveria. As fears of Doctor Doom's potential return trigger extreme actions, Captain America discovers hope within the war-torn nation.

Writer Benjamin Percy's Punisher #1 also launches anew. Created with art by Jose Luis Soares, it will be released with various variant covers.

Crossovers and Special Projects

This lineup includes a Spider-Man/Venom crossover, and surprisingly, a story featuring Godzilla teaming up with Knull has been announced. Knull, the god of symbiotes, has recently emerged as a major villain in the Marvel Universe.

The Moon Knight series is drawing attention by asking the question, "Will the fourth attempt succeed?"

Diverse Variant Cover Strategy

For Daredevil #1, over 15 variant covers by renowned artists including Dan Panosian, Daniel Warren Johnson, and Gabriele Dell'Otto are prepared. Notably, products released in True Believers Blind Bag format will include random covers, expected to attract collector interest.

Marvel also plans to unveil its collection lineup, including omnibuses and trade paperbacks.
