SM Entertainment has announced legal action against serious privacy violations targeting trainee group SMTR25, which is about to debut.

According to related industry reports, SM Entertainment recently announced in an official statement that inappropriate behavior such as trespassing on SMTR25 members' residences, excessive physical contact, and forcibly boarding the members' taxis has been repeated. The company explains that these actions are causing serious mental distress to members.

Problems such as causing noise by loudly shouting the trainee's name inside the building, illegal dumping of trash, and unauthorized entry into restricted areas were also pointed out. This behavior is causing considerable inconvenience and damage not only to the trainees but also to the general residents who use the same space.

The situation worsens despite verbal warnings, zero tolerance response policy

SM Entertainment stated that they have taken measures such as verbal warnings and deploying security personnel, but the situation has not improved and has actually reached a dangerous level.

The company warned, "If these actions are not stopped immediately, we will take firm legal action without tolerance to protect the safety, privacy, and welfare of trainees and residents, and to prevent potential criminal incidents." They also strongly urged people to refrain from any actions that could result in legal consequences.
