Who is Valentina?

Valentina Allegra de Fontaine is a character played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the MCU, who led the Sentry program and controlled Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) and the Thunderbolts team in the 'Thunderbolts*' movies. At the end of the movie, she officially announces them as the 'New Avengers' and makes the old Avengers Tower their new headquarters.
