Two traffic accidents occurred in one day in Gangneung
A series of traffic accidents occurred in Gangneung, Gangwon-do on the evening of the 27th, and a total of 9 people were injured.
According to the Gangwon Provincial Fire Department, at around 9:32 p.m. on the 27th, an accident occurred between a city bus and a 5-ton truck at an intersection in Nammun-dong, Gangneung-si. As a result of this accident, bus driver A (56) complained of headaches and rib pain, and a total of three people were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
On the same day, at approximately 7:17 p.m., a Kona vehicle and a Rexton sports vehicle collided on the road in front of a restaurant in Ipam-dong, Gangneung-si. In this accident, six people, including the Kona driver and passenger, were injured and received hospital treatment.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances of both accidents.
